Affecting System - Cpanel
Akashi Hosting is aware of an issue preventing some customers from logging into their cPanel accounts. The problem appears to stem from a license verification failure or possible port communication issue between our servers and cPanel’s licensing network.
Our technical team is actively investigating and applying patches to restore full connectivity. We are also coordinating directly with cPanel Support to ensure all affected systems are revalidated as quickly as possible.
At this time, only certain customer servers are affected. We will continue to monitor progress and provide updates once the issue has been fully resolved.
