Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all products and services provided by Nodico (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using our systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws under Swedish and EU jurisdiction.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to shared web hosting, game server hosting, and domain registration/management services offered under the Nodico brand.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and for maintaining accurate contact information.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No hosting or distribution of illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation, malware, or pirated software.
  • No spamming, phishing, or unsolicited email campaigns.
  • No abuse of network resources, DDoS attacks, or actions that may harm other customers.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Billing & Payment

Invoices are issued automatically and are payable upon receipt. Failure to pay within seven (7) days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy

  • Game Servers: Eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase only if a service fault is proven to be on Nodico’s end.
  • Shared Hosting: Eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of activation if the customer experiences a verified service failure caused by Nodico.
  • Domain Registrations: Non-refundable once registered or renewed, due to external registrar policies.

Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket within the valid window.

7. Service Availability

We maintain a 99.9% uptime target for hosting infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may result in temporary interruptions. These are not considered downtime under this SLA.

8. Data & Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. We perform routine backups for internal recovery purposes, but they are not guaranteed to be complete or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Nodico be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of revenue resulting from service use or failure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion to protect our infrastructure or other customers. Customers may terminate services at any time via the client portal.

11. Compliance & Legal Jurisdiction

Nodico operates under Swedish law and EU regulations, including GDPR. Any dispute shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
